BESPOKE & MADE TO ORDER

For bespoke and made to order pieces we list this on the item on our website. Send us an email to let us know what you would like, the colour and size of the piece. We can discuss your requirements and make your dream piece come to life! BECCI specialises in tulle tops and dresses, but if there is something you are after outside of this then you are welcome to drop us an email so we can get back to you. 

LOANS

We offer loans for pieces from the Ikigai collection, so if there is a tulle dress or top you would like to loan just send us an email or message and we can discuss your requirements. Loans for garments are charged daily and include postage costs. A cleaning fee is also included in the cost to loan a garment for customer safety.

DELIVERIES

For delivery options please contact us at beccifashion@outlook.com, as pricing depends on the size and weight of the item. Bespoke pieces will vary in delivery price, which we can quote for you.

Delivery prices for Pastel Cloud Collection:

1st Class Royal Mail Signed For - £5.99

Please note our dispatch and processing time takes 1-2 working days.

Royal mail 1st class delivery aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays, so your order will arrive within 2-3 working days including our dispatch time.

2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For- £4.99

Please note our dispatch and processing time takes 1-2 working days.

Royal mail 2nd class delivery & our dispatch time will take 4-6 days in total for your order to arrive.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES

Christmas can be a busy time for everyone, so to ensure you get your order before Christmas, we recommend that you place your order with us by the 15th December if you wish to choose second class delivery, or by the 17th December if you wish to choose first class delivery. Please note BECCI Fashion is not liable for any delivery delays caused by the delivery service we use, Royal Mail, these recommended delivery dates are a guide. For bespoke orders to be made in time for Christmas please contact us, as we will provide you with a date that your order will be ready by.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship internationally, please contact us and we can arrange a price for international shipping for you. Our international delivery is securely tracked and signed for.

ORDERING

To place an order simply send us an email to beccifashion@outlook.com, or message us on our Instagram or Facebook accounts @beccifashion.  Let us know what item you would like to buy and what size. Once we have received your email we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Payments can then be made via Paypal. Our items are also available to buy through our Depop account @beccifashion and through our Etsy account @beccifashion.

If you have made an error with your order then please send us an email within the next 30 minutes after confirming your order. For bespoke and made to order pieces, once your order has been placed and reviewed by both us and yourself then the order can no longer be changed, as these garments are made by hand. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

To return an item please email us first with the subject 'return' and the order number. Please let us know why you wish to return the item & we will get back to you as soon as we can. You will then receive an email from us with easy instructions about where to post your item back to. Once we have received your returned item you will be refunded. Postage costs are non refundable and we do not cover the cost for you to send the item back.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges but if you want to refund your order then you are able to return it, as long as it fits our returns policy.

RETURNS POLICY

  • If you need to make a return please email us as soon as you can with your reason of return and order number.

  • It is your responsibility to make sure that the item to be returned is securely packaged and sent back to us using a trackable and signed for delivery method, you must cover the return postage costs. 

  • Returns must be made within 7 days after receiving your order. Please email us first to request a return.

  • You will need to keep your proof of postage for sending a return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

  • The item you wish to return must have tags on, & can only be accepted in the exact same condition you received it.

  • We do not provide refunds on order shipping costs, unless an item is deemed faulty by our returns department.

  • We do not provide refunds on sale items, (this does not include items discounted with a promotional code).

  • We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks/ etc.

  • Lingerie (including bodysuits), and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene purpose

  • During the Christmas period our returns policy changes- orders placed between 23rd November until 23rd December can be returned until the 2nd January. Please note that the other terms and conditions above still apply to the item(s). 

  • Bespoke and made to order items are non refundable, unless deemed faulty by our returns department.
