BECCI
BECCI is an independent fashion label based in Norfolk UK- bringing sustainable swimwear to life!
Launched in 2021, BECCI was created by fashion graduate Becki Ball. Following her dream to have her own business, Becki started her brand by making tulle dresses and taking on bespoke work for clients. Becki's love for sewing and designing led her to create pieces for special occasions and photoshoots.
In Summer 2021, BECCI started launching her first collections as a SHEIN X designer, where she got to work with fashion brand SHEIN. After winning the SHEIN choice award for the SHEIN X 100K Challenge in 2021, and launching a curve collection, Becki took part in SHEIN's Feel Da Vibe runway show in Paris! Becki created and designed 3 final looks which she produced by hand for the show that took place on a moving boat down the river Seine. Her full Paris AW collection was launched with SHEIN X shortly after.
Since launching over 10 collections as a SHEIN X Designer and organising her own fashion show in Norfolk, Becki decided to start her own swimwear line in 2023. After completing a lot of research and sampling, Becki created her first small swim collection using recycled fabrics. Each swimwear item is handmade in her Norfolk studio. The BECCI swim collection has been part of Norwich and London pop ups, and has been stocked in Lone Design Club's Islington store during 2023.
BECCI swim can now be bought on our website and our garments can be rented out for events and photoshoots.
HOW IT STARTED
DESIGNED & MADE IN THE UK
BECCI Swim is designed and made in our Norfolk studio in the UK, helping to reduce carbon emissions, supporting sustainable suppliers and keeping our products local. Our fabrics are printed in the UK and use trusted British Mills.
SUSTAINABLE FABRICS
Sustainable and conscious fashion is important to BECCI, hence why our swimwear fabrics have been made from recycled materials. We use recycled nylon and recycled polyester, which have been derived from old fishing nets and plastic bottles, helping to keep our planet and oceans cleaner. Our printed fabrics are OEKO- TEX and GOTS 6.0 approved, they also pass EN71-3 certification and contain zero formaldehyde, making them safe for us to wear. Our swimwear fabrics are soft, stretchy and comfortable to wear, plus they can withstand salt and chlorinated waters.
QUALITY
High quality swimwear is important to us and to you, that's why we only use the best quality fabrics and manufacturing processes, whilst using ethical practices. Our swimwear has been designed to last, so you can enjoy wearing them again and again.
SUSTAINABILITY
Our brand is committed to being sustainably conscious- where we can, we make sustainable decisions, changes and improvements. Our printed fabrics are made using renewable energy sources and the manufacturer for our printed fabrics implements a zero waste policy- any excess fabrics and cut offs are sent to schools and charities to be reused.
At BECCI we are conscious of even the small choices we make, therefore our garment labels have been made from recycled polyester and our swing tags have been made from recycled paper. Our packaging, including boxes, stickers and tissue paper have been made from recycled materials and can be recycled after use.

We are passionate about creating colourful and vibrant fashion to empower the wearer. We believe in conscious, ethical and independent fashion, whilst supporting UK manufacturing. Our vision is to create beautiful pieces that are unique and high quality. We love prints and colour and think fashion should be fun and expressive!
MEET BECKI
Hi, I'm Becki and I am the founder and designer of my brand! In 2020 I graduated in Fashion at The Norwich University of the Arts during the covid pandemic. University didn't quite finish the way I had hoped and after applying to many fashion roles and not hearing back, (and realising I was not quite cut out for London life), I decided to start my dream. My label is a one woman business, and I handle all aspects from designing, making, social media and photoshoots! Having the opportunities as a SHEIN X designer helped me to grow my business and believe in myself, (and also get to experience how exciting the industry can be!) My designs and prints are mainly inspired by nature and architecture, I love to travel and take photos of anything that might inspire me, from flowers to street graffiti. Recently I have been on a travelling adventure to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, and it was the first time I got to properly wear my BECCI Swim designs! I love feeling comfortable and cute in a flattering bikini- I often found that the swimwear in shops were very skimpy or too covered up, hence why I wanted to create something in between that doesn't feel too revealing, (a little more coverage please!) I also believe that as an emerging brand and designer I have a duty to care about the planet and so I really wanted to make the label sustainably conscious in some way! That's why recycled fabrics are so important in my swimwear collection! I knew I had to create something different though to your typical 'sustainable fashion' - let's add colour, let's make it young, let's make it fun; because so many sustainable brands are considered boring and have a lack of colour in their products! That's why I created BECCI Swim, for people who want to feel beautiful and comfortable in sustainable yet vibrant swimwear!
